  1. Log into your Google Business Profile at https://www.google.com/business/
  2. Click on “Performance”
  3. You may adjust the Time Period to view the metrics for the current month or any of the previous five months. You may also choose Mar 2023 – Aug 2023 or any combination of months.
    • “Overview” provides:
      1. Business Profile Interactions for the chosen period. Interactions are when people call, message, make bookings, ask for directions or click on your website link from your Business Profile.
      2. Scroll down the page to view “How People Discovered You” This provides a breakdown of how Views and Searches.
    • Views show how many people saw your Business Profile on Google Search or Google Maps and reveal whether they were using a mobile or desktop device.
    • Searches show the terms that people used that returned your Profile in the results.
  4. Next, click on “Calls” This reveals how many people called you directly from your Business Profile.
  5. Next click on “Messages” This reveals how many people messaged you directly from your Business Profile.
  6. Next click on “Bookings” This reveals how many people made a booking with you directly from your Business Profile. Note you need to set this up with a booking link from your booking provider.
  7. Next click on “Directions” This reveals how many direction requests people made people made directly from your Business Profile.
  8. Next click on “Website Clicks” This reveals how many people clicked on your website link directly from your Business Profile.
